Welcome to Wolf & Fig. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of services and products through our website and online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before purchasing any services or products.
 

1. About Wolf & Fig

Wolf & Fig provides:

• Architectural design services

• Interior design and consulting services

• Furniture and décor products for residential and commercial spaces

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, including digital consultations, design services, custom work, and physical furniture items.
 

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
   

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Wolf & Fig.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order;

• Limit quantities purchased;

• Correct pricing or product errors; and

• Decline transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive written confirmation from us.
 

4. Architectural & Interior Design Services
 

4.1 Scope of Services

Services may include:

• Architectural concepts and planning;

• Interior design consultations;

• Space planning;

• Material and furniture specification;

• 3D renders and drawings;

• Project coordination; and

• Custom design solutions.

The exact scope of work will be detailed in a separate quotation, proposal, or service agreement.
 

4.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information;

• Supply measurements, plans, and approvals where necessary;

• Respond to requests in a timely manner; and

• Obtain any required permits or municipal approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

4.3 Revisions

Design packages may include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
 

4.4 Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but may change due to client delays, supplier availability, approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Wolf & Fig is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.
 

5. Furniture & Product Sales

5.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display product details, colours, finishes, dimensions, and materials. However:

• Colours may vary depending on screen settings;

• Natural materials may contain variations; and

• Handmade or custom items may differ slightly from displayed images.

These variations are not considered defects.
 

5.2 Availability

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or substitute materials where necessary.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide either:

• A replacement option;

• Store credit; or

• A refund.
   

5.3 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom furniture and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Production timelines are estimates only.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in rand and include/exclude VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full before:

• Products are shipped;

• Services commence; or

• Final deliverables are released.

Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.
 

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, supplier availability, or custom production schedules.
 

7.2 Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products transfers once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
 

7.3 Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect items upon delivery and notify Wolf & Fig within 48 hours of any damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Photographic evidence may be required.
 

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Eligible Returns

Standard furniture items may be eligible for return within [7/14/30] days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused;

• In original packaging; and

• In resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
 

8.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable unless faulty:

• Custom-made products;

• Made-to-order furniture;

• Design services already rendered;

• Downloadable or digital design files; and

• Clearance or sale items.
   

8.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
 

9. Intellectual Property
All drawings, concepts, renderings, layouts, documents, and design materials created by Wolf & Fig remain the intellectual property of Wolf & Fig unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf & Fig shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;

• Loss of profits or business interruption;

• Delays caused by third parties;

• Supplier or contractor performance; or

• Misuse of products after delivery.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
 

11. Warranties

Where applicable, products may include manufacturer warranties.

Except as required by law, all products and services are provided “as is” without additional warranties of any kind.
 

12. Force Majeure

Wolf & Fig shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters;

• Power outages;

• Strikes;

• Supply chain disruptions;

• Government restrictions; or

• Transportation delays.
   

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to such processing.
 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
 

15. Amendments

Wolf & Fig reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective once published on the website.
